Paper 112: Patient perspectives on a PRO-based report and coaching session to inform treatment decisions
Martha is a researcher, patient educator, and health coach with an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan. She has experience providing health education on topics such as nutrition for managing chronic conditions, smoking cessation, and stress management. As part of the Arthritis Through Shared Knowledge study, she led group education sessions to help patients better understand their PRO data. Martha is currently a project manager in the department of Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and a PhD candidate in the College of Health Sciences at Rush University. She is passionate about bringing the patient perspective to research and healthcare.
